ProCS, s.r.o., established on 28th May 1992, has its roots in the Industrial Automation Division (IAD) of Duslo Šaža which was a state-owned company.
The main activities of IAD were focused on the control and digital systems applications during capital investment or reconstruction projects of Duslo Šaža; including software and hardware servicing as well as maintenance.
Due to our business activities and through planned development and improvement, ProCS has become one of the key companies operating in the domestic market in the area of industrial automation. The fundamental competence of ProCS lies in our strong engineering capacity and the broad range of various engineering services we can provide to our customers.
The main objective of ProCS is the further development of the strong and healthy company reputable not only in the domestic but also in foreign markets which will satisfy customers´ requests to their maximum satisfaction.
The tool for achieving this objective is the constant monitoring and adjustment to the newest technological development and customers´ needs together with the focus on continuous increase and improvement in qualification, responsibility and loyality of our employees.
As of February 7, 2007 VINCI Energies, an established international group, became the new majority shareholder of ProCS, s.r.o.
